Scott &amp; Bruce (1995) &#8211; Le style cognitif individuel<\/strong><br>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Rationnel \/ Intuitif \/ D\u00e9pendant \/ \u00c9vitant<\/strong><br>\u2192 D\u00e9crit comment chacun traite l\u2019information, l\u2019incertitude et le risque avant d\u2019agir.<br>. Une approche centr\u00e9e sur la mani\u00e8re de penser et de trancher \u00e0 titre personnel.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Stoner\/The Gibson Edge (2020s) &#8211; Le style de gouvernance d\u00e9cisionnelle<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Autocratique \/ Consultatif \/ Collectif \/ D\u00e9l\u00e9gatif<\/strong><br>\u2192 S\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 qui d\u00e9cide et avec quel niveau de participation des autres.<br>. Une approche centr\u00e9e sur la structure de pouvoir et les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9cision partag\u00e9e au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe ou d\u2019une organisation.<br><br>Ces trois mod\u00e8les d\u00e9crivent <strong>trois niveaux d\u2019un m\u00eame syst\u00e8me: le \u201cje\u201d (le d\u00e9cideur), le \u201cnous\u201d (le collectif), et le \u201ccadre\u201d (la culture
